The role will include full responsibility for the control and management of our clients’ accounting relationships; reporting, distribution of funds, updating of Property Management system. Daily and monthly reconciliations. Compliance with RICS and Partnership banking requirements. Clearance of legacy issues and implementation of procedures to ensure ongoing compliance for On-Boarding, and all Off-Boarding. As well as other daily tasks and duties.
