We are recruiting for an Apprentice Surveyor or a Graduate Surveyor. The role will include the marketing of commercial space to let and for sale and will encompass report writing, producing marketing materials, undertaking viewings and negotiating with parties. There will also be supporting work such as research of the market, compiling statistics and drafting enquiry schedules. The role requires a focused, enthusiastic, and determined individual with the ability to use own initiative and work in a team environment. You will be meeting and communicating with Landlords, Developers, Tenants and must have the ability to demonstrate problem solving and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines. The position is ideally full time but part time may be considered. You will be required to attend the office each day to engage and participate with the team and complete training. The pathway to gain chartered RICS status is available and supported.
