The range and styles of serviced offices means there is an option for all budgets. Some operators provide the basics, no frills option, whilst others can cater for almost every need. Unsurprisingly serviced offices in highly desirable office locations do tend to cost more.

Serviced offices are geared up for flexible contract length, which makes them attractive to start ups but also more established companies which may be looking for short term project space.
