Tarniah is Head of FM & Sustainability at SHW.  She is responsible for the Facilities Management and Risk Management teams across SHW's network of offices and delivery of the Sustainability service, as well as leading on Sustainability across the Property Management division and supporting the wider business.

With over 10 years' experience working in facilities management for both investors, occupiers and managing agents, during her career Tarniah has worked to implement initiatives and engage with occupiers to reduce the impact of properties while improving their success.

Tarniah has a passion for ESG/Sustainability and is also responsible for creating and developing Sustainability Roadmaps for SHW's clients. With her background and 'on-the-ground' work in Facilities Management, she has first-hand knowledge of implementing, managing, and driving forward ESG initiatives.

Tarniah is also SHW's representative as a member in Better Building Partnership, Managing Agents Partnership, collaborating with some of UK's leading managing agents to improve the sustainability of buildings whilst ensuring that clients have a service that is industry leading in both Sustainability and Facilities Management.
