Stephen is also in the Professional team handling all types of commercial property lease advisory and landlord and tenant transactions.

Recent activity includes:

• Rent Review and Lease Renewals involving substantial office accommodation in Redhill and Reigate including a 40,000 sq ft grade A office building; a 50,000 sq ft Business Space Unit; and a Builders Yard of 58,000 sq ft with Aerials and Office Accommodation.

• Fixed Charge Recoveries including currently an office building in Hinckley near Leicester.  Stephen was a Fixed Charge Receiver on a complicated 1.5 acres site in Brighton known as Anston House, Preston Park - dubbed Brighton's ugliest building by the local and national press until he worked through the last recession on improving the asset value and sold it to a national residential developer.

• Stephen acted as an Expert Surveyor in the past for a national car company in their dispute with their property developer.

• Stephen has lived in the Borough of Reigate and Redhill for 30 years.
