Serena Taylor is a Senior Property Manager in the Residential Block Management department at SHW and is based in the Brighton office. Serena has recently passed her Level 4 IRPM Members exam in Leasehold Management (MIRPM).

Project Experience

Serena has experience of working in Residential Property Management in Brighton & Hove since 2012 and therefore has a great deal of local residential market knowledge. She has managed a variety of properties ranging from smaller conversions, larger blocks of flats and estates in the area and several listed properties in Kemptown.  She has developed great relationships with clients and leaseholders over the years by attending regular meetings, maintaining good contact, and undertaking site visits on a regular basis.

Serena has the responsibility for compliance in Health & Safety, appointing contractors to attend to maintenance matters, the producing of service charge budgets, year-end accounts and ensuring the properties are managed to a good standard.
