With over 25 years' experience, Richard heads up the Shop & Retail Agency Department with responsibility for overseeing the company's retail and leisure activities.
Richard has detailed knowledge and has acted for clients from the large prop co's to private individuals, not only disposal work but also acquisitions for a number of retained clients. Richard has also been involved with re-negotiating lease deals.
Outside of work Richard enjoys family time and getting out to the South Downs on his mountain bike.
