Richard is the Head of Development Consultancy and South London Expert.
Over the last 20 years as Head of the Development Consultancy Division Richard has advised on a wide range of projects from Margate and Dover in the east to Bristol in the west. This has included planning matters, viability, agency and disposal. He is especially familiar with acting for Charities and Trusts that need to prove best value.
Richard is now a Trustee of Startup Croydon a charity which support start up business. He is Chairman of Develop Croydon a private and public sector group that promotes the regeneration of Croydon, and a Board member of the Croydon Bid
