Having started my SHW journey in June 2004, I've enjoyed over two decades of gaining industry experience. Starting out in the corporate accounts team, before moving over to Property Management Accounting. During that time in the Property Management team I have built up my knowledge and experience from the ground up, from general accounts assistant through to head of property management accounts, where, through managing a team of 14, we successfully delivered the full range of client services across a large and growing portfolio.

A progressive structure change in 2020 led to a change of role to Development Accountant, working on projects to ensure SHW is ahead of the industry trends in terms of processes and systems, enabling SHW to continue to exceed client needs.

In 2023, I made the full leap to the IT team, as a systems developer, applying my property management knowledge and skills to the wider business interests.
