Mungo has 12 years post qualification experience, including some at a previous private practice within West Sussex, he has worked on a variety of core Building Surveying job types, including dilapidations; defect analysis; reinstatement cost assessments; design, specification, tendering and contract administration of building works; commercial, industrial and residential pre-acquisition surveys; development monitoring on behalf of banks loaning to developers; planned maintenance scheduling; feasibility studies; party wall matters; undertaking schedules of condition.

Substantial overhaul and refurbishment of commercial parts to 1930s building of local interest
Scheduling, tendering and contract administration of works to fire damaged property

Defect analysis and advice relating to damp and other issues
Valuations for insurance purposes of different property types
Pre-acquisition surveying of large house and office block.
During the course of these jobs, Mungo has worked alongside other professionals and consultants, builders, Councils, tenants and property managers; as well as a wide variety of clients in both commercial and residential sectors. These included individual clients, family trust, public sector organisations in addition to both small and large based commercial private sector organisations.
