As an HR Assistant, Megan provides support to the Partnership by undertaking generalist HR duties.
Megan helps manage all processes within the employee lifecycle. Megan has a strong focus on co-ordinating the recruitment activity throughout the business and supporting new employees. This includes overseeing their induction training to ensure they are settled into SHW and onboarding process is undertaken in full.
Megan sits on the Graduate Committee and is pivotal in supporting schools, colleges, and universities at their career fairs to raise the profile of the many careers available within property services from client facing surveying, property management, architectural, and planning roles to support functions of IT, administration, and accounts.
