Mariela is a Senior Property Manager in the Commercial Property Management Department at SHW, and she is based in the Brighton office.

She has over 18 years of experience managing a growing portfolio of commercial property in the Southeast, working mainly on behalf of Asset Managers, Private Investors, Trusts and Family Property companies.

Mariela offers a high standard of care across her portfolio of business parks, offices and industrial estates and over the years has developed great relationships with clients and leaseholders alike.

She deals with all aspects of property management, ensuring that properties are managed to good standards, supporting the functionality, safety, and sustainability of buildings, grounds and infrastructure.

Her responsibilities include rent collection, service charge administration, Health and Safety management, and property maintenance matters including appointing contractors and supervising works.  Mariela is also occasionally involved in lease renewals and rent reviews on some of the smaller tenancies in her portfolio.
