Justin Dyer is a Management Surveyor working in the London Commercial Property Management team.

Justin has been with SHW since 2013 when the partnership acquired general practice surveyors George Trollope, where he’d previously worked for 9 years.  He is responsible for managing office, warehouse and retail assets around the UK for a variety of Landlords, from private individuals to stock market listed funds.  He has experience in managing long leasehold flats and in turn mixed development schemes.

Justin acts as client lead focusing on providing proficient rent collection and multi-let service charge administration services.  He has a good track record for long-term client retention which, having served some of his existing clients for in excess of 15 years, provides for well-established and trusted relationships.

Justin graduated from Southbank University with an Estate Management degree, is married, enjoys travel and is a self-confessed petrolhead.

Justin is involved in all aspects of commercial property management whether that be onboarding a new property management asset or tailoring solutions to meet a clients' needs.  Justin is very service focused and will work hard to understand both landlord and occupier requirements, always looking to achieve best value for money and deliver a service that’s well-coordinated.
