Having joined SHW in 2005 as an Administrator for the Building Consultancy Division, her career has developed to assisting the Head of Divisions for all professional service lines.

During this period she has obtained appropriate training to be nominated as Mental Health first aider and working with the SHW corporate Health & Safety team.

Jenni has excelled in managing and leading a team of administration staff achieving promotion as Head of Divisional Administration across the entire firm in 2021.

Over the past few years Jenni has taken on the role of managing the complaints team and process for the firm.
