James is an RICS Registered Valuer sitting in SHW’s Professional Department covering London and the South East. James has over 15 years’ experience valuing assets both throughout the South East and Nationally. 

James provides valuation advice to the majority of the High Street lenders, as well as many second-tier lenders, and has a wealth of valuation experience covering commercial, residential, healthcare, educational, and agricultural properties.  James also has previous specialist valuation experience advising on large scale Social Housing portfolios, both for Secured Lending and Public Bond issues.

In addition to secured lending valuations, James also advises clients for accounts, probate, matrimonial, acquisition, and pension purposes.  James has acted as a single joint expert on numerous occasions, where he has been instructed in disputes and matrimonial proceedings.
