James joined SHW as a Graduate Surveyor in 2021 and completed a MSc Real Estate from Henley Business School at University of Reading.

During James' time at SHW, he has been involved with:

- Leasing agent advising Funds, Landlords and Private individuals

- Acquisition agent on behalf of corporate occupier clients

- Sale of office and retail premises on behalf of corporate occupier clients

- Strategic advice on the refurbishment and marketing of office schemes”

- Leasing and letting of industrial space
