Jack Clapham joined Stiles Harold Williams in February 2023 as a Graduate Building Surveyor with the Building Consultancy Team. He has gained experience working at a building consultancy firm based in Brighton & Hove as part of a Degree Apprenticeship programme, assuming responsibility producing Specifications of Works and acting as a Contract Administrator and Principal Designer on a number of projects throughout Sussex. Jack is currently based in our Hampshire office assisting with building surveying instructions and projects across the southeast, whilst also working towards completing the APC to achieve chartered status.

Jack has experience carrying out a multitude of building surveying services having worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial properties. Clients have included Property Managers, Landlords, Tenants as well as public and private sector companies.
