Georgia is an Assistant Property Manager based in the Central London office. She has 10 + years’ experience within the property industry and 5 years within property management, in both the UK and Australia.

Her role includes managing her own portfolio within Central London and South London. Ensuring compliance with health and safety, overseeing repairs and maintenance, producing service charge budgets, completing Section 20 consultations for major works projects, dealing with general leaseholder enquires and all other aspects of residential property management.

Georgia also assists Senior Property Managers and Partners, on new build developments and high-end mansion blocks.
