Georgia is a Property Manager based in the Central London office, with over 10 years of experience in the property industry and 5 years specialising in residential property management, she has worked at SHW since 2021. 

Georgia manages a diverse portfolio across Central and South London, from Grade II listed buildings to new build developments.

Her role involves ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating extensive repairs and maintenance programs, producing and managing detailed service charge budgets, and executing Section 20 consultations for major works projects.
