Duncan concentrates on all aspects of commercial agency, including retail, industrial and office agency. He has advised developers and landowners in the sale and acquisition of residential land and acted for tenants on relocation options. 

Duncan has been involved in the sale and acquisition of industrial land on behalf of owners and developers and recently sold 4 acres of industrial land/buildings in Worthing on behalf of Eurotherm. He also acquired a key site in Central Worthing for residential house builder Crest Nicholson.
