David heads up the Sussex Coast Business Space Department of SHW with responsibility for the agency operations in the Brighton, Eastbourne and Worthing Offices. He became Regional Head of the Sussex coastal offices of SHW in 2014. 

David has experience covering a full range of agency work including:

• Acquisition and disposals for private individuals, plc's and institutions
• Strategic property advice on portfolio disposals
• Strategic advice on the asset management of industrial estates
• Development advice
• Advice to local government development agencies on property related issues

David works extensively in the industrial sector in both East and West Sussex, acting for developers, landlords and tenants.
