Charlie joined SHW from a London based firm, where he spent 2 years in the Industrial and Logistics sector, having graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc in Real Estate in 2020.

Charlie works in both our Brighton and Crawley offices in our agency team, specialising in lettings, sales and acquisitions of Industrial and logistics premises across Sussex, Kent and Surrey. His key lines of work include:

• Leasing and letting of Industrial and logistics properties.

• Sale of industrial property and development sites to owner occupiers, investors and developers alike.

• Providing clients with strategic advice on development of new build, and refurbishment of existing industrial schemes.

• Leasing and letting of offices.

Outside of the office, Charlie enjoys playing rugby, running and the occasional round of poor-quality golf!
