Caroline Trombetta joined SHW in December 2023 as Sustainability Lead. She has been working on data collection and managing action plans across the client's ESG portfolio for GRESB submission. Caroline is also developing her expertise in EPC strategies, ESG annual reporting, audits, and ISO 14001 compliance, and working on the process for the SHW Net Zero Journey.

With a degree in Environmental Engineering, she previously worked as a project manager, overseeing green audit processes for charitable organisations in London. In this role, she gained extensive experience in ESG practices, reporting, auditing, carbon footprint assessments and calculations, and environmental policy development. In addition, Caroline has a proven track record of helping Brazilian clients improve the sustainability of their events.
