Belinda Fordham is a Property Manager in the Residential Block Management department at SHW and is based in our Eastbourne office.

Project Experience

Belinda has over 25 years’ experience of managing mixed use portfolios across the UK and has also held responsibility for service delivery to sites owned by major investor Landlords and Corporate Occupiers.

She has managed/delivered services to a variety of properties ranging from residential, retail and, mixed use commercial to Shopping Centres in the Sussex area. Belinda has developed great relationships with clients and leaseholders through ongoing engagement, communication and regular site visits.

Belinda has the responsibility for compliance in Health & Safety, Contractor appointment and management to effect maintenance and repairs; service charge budgets; year-end accounts and ensuring the properties are managed to a good standard.
