Ayla joined SHW on 7th April 2025 as a Senior Property Manager and is based in our Central London office.

She has over nine years of experience in residential property management, having worked with a range of developments and clients. During this time, she also obtained her MTPI and AssocRICS qualifications.

At SHW, Ayla is responsible for managing a mixed portfolio of residential and new build developments. Her role includes coordinating repairs and maintenance, overseeing service charge budgets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and acting as the main point of contact for a range of property management matters.
