Silver for Gold - After 26.2 Miles Ends In Smiles

SHW’s IT Analyst Flaminia Gold had an eventful weekend taking place in the Brighton Marathon, achieving a PB and finishing in second place in the female race.
Competing in her 12th marathon, Flaminia completed the gruelling 26. 2 miles in an impressive 2:54:44.
She says: “I’m elated. My face hurts from smiling. The supporters -which felt like a home crowd - were incredible.”
Roll on three weeks and the London 2025......
