SHW take on London’s iconic Northern and Shell Building

SHW’s Central London Office Agency team has been instructed to market the iconic Northern and Shell Building in the City of London. The building, also known as 10 Lower Thames Street, provides a generous staffed reception within a large atrium, creating real impact on arrival.

A smart coffee shop has been installed along with a gym, offering concessions to occupiers. Two office suites are currently being marketed - part ground floor, totalling 8,300 sq ft and part first floor comprising 11,600 sq ft.
