SHW Land Two New Occupiers At Medway House

SHW, on behalf of landlord Lancer Investments, have secured two new lettings at Medway House, East Grinstead on Cantelupe Road.
The first floor of the three-storey building, providing 2,700 sq ft of open-plan office space with meeting rooms and partitioned offices, has been let to Place Campbell Accountants. While the second floor, comprising 2,700 sq ft of similar space, has been taken by Mayo Wynne Baxter – part of the Ampa Group.
Laura Thomson, Director at SHW, says: “We are delighted to have secured these two lettings to local, East Grinstead companies. The improvement works carried out by the landlord have resulted in two strong lettings for the area.”
Medway House is situated in the main office pitch of East Grinstead, close to the High Street and its amenities. Local transport is available on the High Street and East Grinstead mainline station just a short walk away, providing services to London Bridge and London Victoria.
Medway House is now fully let.
