Throwley Way Developments Ltd have completed the letting of the office space at Sutton Park House, Carshalton Road, Sutton. The whole 19,300 sq ft of business space has been leased to a single occupier.

A mixed-used development, the landmark Sutton building comprises 149 residential units and commercial office space on the ground and lower ground floors.
Thomas Tarn, Associate at SHW, says: “The commercial space was launched to the market in 2023 offering either shell & core or best in class CAT A office space, with the opportunity to take a 14,000 sq ft floorplate or the unique option in the area of acquiring a larger, self-contained office element.
“Sutton Park House offered something unique to the Sutton office market. The ground floor was the largest floorplate on the market by some margin and the space was finished to a very high Cat A+ specification.”
