SHW secures record rent at Beddington Cross

SHW, on behalf of M&G has let Unit 8 Beddington Cross, Croydon, to a vehicle parts company, securing a record rent for the area.
The high-spec, refurbished, modern light industrial warehouse comprises 3,985 sq ft, located on Beddington Farm Road in the heart of Croydon’s main industrial and warehousing area. Located to the west of the Town Centre, the region is already home to a number of major occupiers including Royal Mail, UPS, Peloton, DHL and XPO.
Charlie McKechnie says: “Our client’s high-quality refurbishment of this well-located warehouse space - including installing photovoltaic cells on the roof and EV charging - has enabled its EPC A rating and contributed to securing the record rent.”
