SHW Facilitates Strategic Off-Market Acquisition for Ganco Assets, Revitalizing Central Purley Office Space

On behalf of our client Ganco Assets our Development Consultancy team have successfully negotiated the 'off-market' acquisition of two adjoining vacant freehold offices in central Purley, LB Croydon.
The two office buildings total 10,500 sq.ft. and shall be refurbished to provide modern accommodation.
