SHW completes the sale of 61 Goldstone Lane, Hove.

Harry Speed, Senior Surveyor at SHW, has sold 61 Goldstone Lane in Hove on behalf of a private developer. The site benefits from Planning Permission to demolish the existing derelict bungalow and construct two 4 bedroom detached houses.
Commenting on the purchase, Harry Speed, said “I originally marketed the site inviting offers conditional on planning being granted for a scheme for 3 terraced houses. The application was refused in the spring of last year, but my client subsequently obtained planning permission for two 4-bedroom houses in December just gone. I then agreed a sale with the purchaser and completed within 2 months of obtaining planning permission. My client is very pleased with the price I secured, and I look forward to seeing these much-needed homes come out of the ground.”
