SHW has completed of a series of lettings at 26 Stroudley Road in Brighton, on behalf of QED Capital Assets.

Following the termination of the previous tenant's lease QED Capital Assets undertook an extensive and high-quality refurbishment of the building to present six fully fitted and self-contained office floors ready for immediate occupation.
The comprehensive refurbishment included the fitting of modern, state-of-the-art facilities such as fully equipped kitchens, high-speed internet, secure access control with video intercom, along with beautifully furnished breakout and collaboration spaces. Each floor also featured a glass-partitioned meeting room with HDMI connectivity and a large screen, ideal for presentations and client meetings.
Sustainable features were also a priority, with the building incorporating electric car charging stations, a rainwater harvesting system for toilet flushing, and solar PV panels that provide 100% renewable energy. The convenient location, just a short walk from Brighton Station, adds to the property's appeal by ensuring an easy commute for tenants.
