SHW completes sale of Falcon Park, Crawley Down

SHW, on behalf of Friday Media Group, has completed the sale of a 18,080 sq ft, semi-rural warehouse that sits within 1.9 acres of land. The sale is to Falcon Park Training and Conference Centre who will take full advantage of the generous outdoor area and close proximity to J10 of the M23.
Ideally located just north of Crawley Down, approximately 6.9 miles from Crawley town centre and approximately 3 miles from East Grinstead town centre the site is easily accessible by both car and transport alike.
