SHW completes restaurant letting for Mole Valley District Council

SHW has secured a new 10-year lease on behalf of Mole Valley District Council to Altun Chef Limited at 31 High Street Leatherhead.
The premises are arranged over a basement, ground and first floors. The basement holds the kitchen whilst the ground and first floors are arranged as restaurant seating with WCs on all floors.
The property is situated in a prime location on the High Street in front of Swan Centre, which forms the core of Leatherhead's shopping area. Other retailers include Sainsburys, Next, Argos, Boots, WH Smiths, Costa plus a host of independent retailers.
