SHW Colleagues Conquer Surrey Hills in Charity Hike Challenge

On Friday, July 5th, nearly 50 colleagues from SHW embarked on an exhilarating trek through the stunning Surrey Hills, all in the name of charity. This spirited adventure was dedicated to raising funds for St. Catherine's Hospice and Nightwatch, our nominated charities for the year.
This hike was a highlight in our annual calendar of sports and activities, designed to bring team members together outside the confines of the office. Spanning just under 10 miles, the route offered a diverse and scenic journey, featuring 1,450 feet of elevation gain, enchanting rivers, lush forests, charming villages, and an array of local wildlife.
Despite the challenging terrain, our team showed remarkable perseverance. They embraced the afternoon with enthusiasm, participating in photo, construction, and team challenges, all while encouraging one another to reach the final destination. Kudos to everyone for their tremendous effort and making this event a resounding success!
