SHW APPOINTS NEW ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

James Connor has joined SHW’s Building Consultancy Department (BCD) as Associate Director.
Joining from Cadogan Estates where he spent over two years as a Building Surveyor and Project Manager of retail, office, public realm schemes and high-end residential refurbishments, James will be bringing his project management expertise to SHW to complement the existing services.
Having also worked for Cushman & Wakefield and BMO Real Estate Partners, James has provided building surveying and project management services across various funds, as well as being a client representative for redevelopment of substantial office building and conversion of listed properties, He says: “I’m delighted to now be heading back into property advisory, working with a well-established, strong, and well-respected building consultancy team, as well as working closely with individuals across all of SHW’s service lines.”
James will be working alongside Partner and head of SHW’s BCD team Ryan Carson, who says: “It’s great to have James on board. He brings with him a wealth of experience and contacts across the industry and will be a great asset to the whole team.”
James will be based in SHW’s Hampshire office.
