SHW appointed as joint letting agent for Metroplex Park, London

SHW has been appointed as joint letting agent for developer Chancerygate and specialist sustainable impact investor Bridges Fund Management’s’ new urban logistics scheme – Metroplex Park – in Tolworth, London.
Metroplex Park is a brand-new development of nine, modern industrial and warehouse units, ranging from 6,707 sq ft to 18,117 sq ft, available to let and ready to occupy now.
Situated on Red Lion Road, in South West London, each unit offers fully fitted offices, shower facilities and EV charging points, with the ability to combine space depending on requirements.
Green initiatives include internal and external cycle shelters to encourage cycling to work, along with a sustainable travel framework, PV panels to all units, 15% warehouse roof lights and high-performance insulated cladding and roof materials.
