Fashion accessories retailer Charlie & Kate to open in Leatherhead

SHW, on behalf of the Gavil Group, has secured Charlie & Kate as the new occupiers of 15 North Street Leatherhead.
The functional fashion accessories retailer has taken a new 10-year lease on the end of terrace retail unit. Part of a modern block in a desired retail location, the unit is divided into two areas whilst still being capable of open plan with rear loading, kitchenette and WC and flexible parking.
Charlie & Kate offer affordable accessories and have now added this as their second location to their London base.
