Consent secured on Grade II listed building in South Downs National Park

SHW’s Planning Team are delighted to announce that planning and listed building consent has been secured for a proposed scheme of internal and external works to the Grade II listed building which adjoins the Grade II* listed Star Inn - a boutique hotel located in the beautiful village of Alfriston in East Sussex, in the South Downs National Park.
The approved scheme of development will facilitate the provision of much-needed staff accommodation and also includes for significant improvements to the hotel’s restaurant terrace and courtyard.
