Of course, ESG is not just for April, but our aim is to showcase the continuing initiatives from our team and our clients, in a dedicated month, where we change our logo to Green to highlight the importance of collaborative ongoing efforts to help the planet.

 

To date, within SHW, we have made many achievements to be proud of, such as:

 

• Maintaining our ISO14001 accreditation

• Running a Green Week focus event raising awareness of Sustainability – led by the Green Champions

• Building a Respect, Diversity & Inclusion committee focused on DEI initiatives to create an inclusive and diverse culture. An environment where everyone is welcome.

• As a business, creating our first ‘Sustainability Lead’ role showing dedication to sustainability internally but also providing a sustainability service to its clients.

 

We also continue to work closely with our clients and their tenants and stakeholders to initiate and progress programs for their individual business growth and to make a positive impact on the planet.
