Alex Parker and Paul Armstrong are celebrating the successful outcomes from sitting their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and are now qualified as Building Surveyors.

Alex works across the commercial, residential and private sectors across the South East. His core building surveying competencies include Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Party Wall Matters and Defect Analysis.

Paul joined SHW in 2021 as a Graduate Building Surveyor in the BCD team. Having previously completed a degree in Architecture from the University of Brighton and gaining ten years’ experience in construction, project management and residential and commercial design, Paul completed his Master’s degree in Building Surveying in the summer of 2021. Based in SHW’s Brighton office, Paul undertakes building surveying instructions and projects across the South East.
