SHW’s planning team secures change of use to convert redundant commercial building into residential

SHW’s Planning Team are pleased to announce that planning permission has, this week, been secured from Brighton & Hove City Council for the proposed change of use of these soon to be redundant commercial premises (Use Class E) in Hove, East Sussex.
The planning permission will pave the way to provide two new units of self-contained residential accommodation (Use Class C3) comprising one 1-bed and one 2-bed flat.
