SHW are changing their logo in support of Pride month and to show their ongoing support of the LGBTQIA+ community. During the month SHW will be offering seminars and further learning on the subject to help spread more awareness and promote healthy communication throughout the business.
Russell Markham, Managing Partner at SHW says “For us, changing the logo is more than just a simple aesthetic change. We understand that for the LGBTQIA+ community the past few years have seen a range of societal challenges, and although we cannot necessarily address the large-scale issues being faced around the world, we can continue to make a difference in our workplace by ensuring we are committed to being a fully inclusive, diverse workspace and offering support to all of our colleagues and clients.”
