A local convenience store operator has acquired their second Brighton location, having signed a new 15-year lease for the 1,280 sq ft retail space in Queens Road, a short walk from Churchill Square Shopping Centre.
Located in a prime position, Brighton Mainline Station is less than a 5-minute walk away and the premises are located on the busy eastern side of Queens Road, close to the junction with North Street and Western Road.
