This is what he had to say, "Delighted to be presented with a bottle of Veuve Cliquot (their label is almost the same orange as the SHW logo, that’s why it is our favourite!) by SHW Managing Partner (he is showing some promise!) Russell Markham, as today is my Silver Jubilee at SHW.  Yes, 25 years ago, on the 16^th March 1998, after 10 years in London, I turned up at SHW to start with the best firm in Sussex (….and Surrey, Kent and London dontchaknow?).  All this time later I am so glad I joined, it is a super, super place to be. Thank you so much to all my colleagues and friends at SHW for putting up with me for so long, and to my clients for involving me so many times in what I love, solving property problems and making the most of every property opportunity.  In 1977 for the Queen’s Jubilee, The Sex Pistols played God Save The Queen from a barge on the Thames.  They haven’t written a ditty for me, but I don’t mind, because I have just drafted an “invitation to make a best bid” email on a property we are selling!  Here’s to the next 25!"
