Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 - Update

In light of the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 1 report, new legislation has been introduced under article 24 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 came into effect on 23rd January 2023 and applies to most buildings with 2 or more residential units. A significant number of the new duties are now the responsibility of the Responsible Person (RP). The number of requirements are dependent on the height of the building.
