Ending the year on a high with December’s APC Successes

What a great way to end the year, with the announcement of two more of our graduate’s who this month sat, and passed, their APC.
A massive ‘well done’ and congratulations to Jasmine Dean-Milward and Mano Georgiou.
Jasmine, based in our Brighton office, joined SHW as graduate surveyor in March 2021. Working within the Agency team, Jasmine previously completed a degree in Real Estate at Oxford Brookes and gained work experience with advisory firms in London, Horsham and Brighton. In her agency role, she now acts for both landlords and tenants on a variety of properties across Brighton.
Mano is a building surveyor, working within SHW’s Building Consultancy division. Based in our London office since 2020, Mano assists on building surveying instructions across London, and further afield, working with various clients including landlords, tenants and private sector companies.
Luke Longley, Associate at SHW and supervisor and support for the company graduate programme, says: “As well as shining a light on Jasmine and Mano - who have shown massive dedication and hard work to get to this point and achieve their APC - I’d like to reflect on the success of all our graduates who have passed this year and those that are on their way to becoming a Chartered Surveyor. We look forward to continuing successes next year.”
