SHW are delighted to have sold Avila House on Gratwicke Road, Worthing on behalf of a charity.
Surveyor Harry Speed said:
"With limited available stock we knew this opportunity would generate significant interest for our client. We commenced marketing in the Autumn of 2021 and, after several block viewings, reverted to Best Bids which generated an extremely competitive response.
It was important that we found a buyer that would provide facilities to assist the community and we subsequently agreed an Unconditional deal well in excess of the guide price and sold the property to a developer who has now submitted a planning application to develop a supported housing facility.
Our client was very pleased with the service we provided throughout."
