SHW refurbishes Unit 6, IO Centre warehouse, Northampton completing another successful project for BMO Property Growth & Income Fund ICVC

BMO Property Growth & Income Fund, launched in 2005, specialises in physical properties and listed real estate, helping their clients to meet their investment goals, while also building a more sustainable and secure future.
SHW, working with BMO, advised on the dilapidations and refurbished the Unit to provide a high quality internal redecoration of the 6,761 sq ft warehouse unit, removing partitions and reinstating the original layout. With cleaning, replacement of lighting with LED to improve energy efficiency, replacing external cladding panels, cut edge corrosion to roof and gutter repair works, this unit was able to be let ahead of completion.
Located on Barn Way, access to Lodge Farm Industrial Estate is via A428 Harlestone Road which provides direct access to the A4500 and in turn the M1 which is approximately 8 miles to the west at junction 16, and junction 15a via A5123. Northampton centre is approximately 3 miles away, ensuring the property is in a prime sought-after business location.
SHW completed the project with BMO on 21st February 2022.
