SHW have completed the freehold sale of Alhambra House, St Michael’s Road, Croydon on behalf of private clients.
The 8,316 sq ft building provided a rare opportunity to acquire a self-contained freehold office with vacant possession, within Croydon town centre and attracted interest from owner-occupiers, investors and developers.
The property was sold with vacant possession, following refurbishment to include new air conditioning, LED lighting and redecoration.
The instruction was a prime example of SHW’s joined up services, with:
